The explosive growth in the use of alphanumeric pagers and digital cell phones has created an overwhelming demand for toll free operator assisted text message dispatch services that resellers can depend upon.  We've responded to this need with a staff of highly trained specialists using state-of-the-art hardware and software in a technically sophisticated call processing facility.  Our infrastructure includes divergent T-1 telephone circuits for superior reliability.  Stored messages are maintained on line and available for immediate retrieval for a period of 30 days. After that time, the information is downloaded onto removable media for off-line retrieval if necessary.  Breakthrough message processing technology  prevents delays by forwarding messages to the carrier's terminal in under one minute.

 

For Carriers & Resellers:  Toll-free lines/ Answered with Your Company's Name...

As a Carrier or Reseller, you would be provided with a toll-free number for exclusive use by your clients.   When a caller to your client dials in, our operators answer this line according to your instructions. An example would be: (Your Company Name) Message Center. Who May I Contact for You?
 

Callers Ask for Customers by Name...

The caller responds with the name of the customer (not a PIN number). The operator then records and immediately forwards a brief message to the customer's pager or digital cell phone.

 

Private Line Service...

Private line messaging service with an 800 number dedicated to the exclusive use of one client is available at additional cost. Calls to this line will be answered with whatever phrase the customer desires. Additional pagers/cell phones may be added to a "Private Line" account. For example, a medical practice with several physicians.

We provide you full unlimited message service. There are no extra charges for high message volume.  Every caller to your subscriber will hear your business name!

 

Consecutive Message Tracking Numbers for Each Customer...

Each transmitted message receives a consecutive tracking number. This allows customers to be certain that each page has been received, even if they enter areas with low signal strength. For example, if a customer received messages 12, 13, and 15, he would know that his pager failed to receive a broadcast message (#14). He can then simply call a toll free number to notify our call center, and the message will be immediately retrieved and rebroadcast.
 

Security...

Pass codes are available to prevent unauthorized access to file messages by others: competitors, former spouses, etc.

 

Pricing and Billing Policies

Uniform low pricing guarantee...

We warrant that the price of the services quoted here are as low as those currently charged to any other customer purchasing the same services under similar conditions.

 

Billing policies (No Deposit Required!...)

While we do not require a service deposit, we do require that accounts be paid in a timely manner. The billing cutoff is on or about the 23rd of the month for that month's charges, and for service for the following month.  Invoices are due on the 10th of the month following.     A "Late Payment" service charge will be added to invoices which remain open after the 15th of the month, and an account will be immediately suspended if any invoice is not paid on or before the 20th of the month.  Suspended accounts will be reactivated only when full payment of all open invoices.  A deposit equal to one month's service may also be required.  Disputes, collection actions, and appearances are governed by prevailing  laws.

 

Written notice of account changes...

All pager activations, changes, suspensions, or cancellation of service must be promptly transmitted to us in writing by mail, public carrier delivery service, fax, or e-mail.
