Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for all ticket and gift shop sales.

Rain checks, Refunds & Cancellations: Passengers who do not show up at their scheduled date and time will NOT be refunded, or given alternative departure dates unless advance notice is given.  12-hour advance notice is required for rain checks to change your trip date (subject to availability); 24-hour notice is required for full refund.  All groups of 12 people or more must give 48-hours notice to receive a rain check, and 72-hours for full refund.  Getaway Passengers (those with a hotel stay) should make any changes or cancellations no less than 24 hours before scheduled arrival.  Refunds or rain checks for hotel stay after 24 hour period can not be guaranteed.
Dinner Train Seating: All Dinner Trains tables seat four in railroad tradition.  Parties of three (3) or less may be seated with other parties, in order to maximize seating capacity.  Parties of five (5) or more will be seated at adjacent tables.  Large parties may be seated in more than one car.  Seminole Gulf Railway reserves the right to alter all seating arrangements at its sole discretion until time of departure.

Gratuities: Gratuities are NOT included in our prices.  A suggested guideline based on our average meal cost at 18% would be $6.00 per person.  Your bar tab and service is extra and is not included in the meal.  It is of course up to you to adjust the gratuity according to the level of service you received.
Daytime Excursion Seating:  Regularly scheduled excursion trains have open seating on a first come first serve basis.  However, group charters may have prearranged seating.
Wheelchair accessibility: The Dinner Train has one wheel chair accessible car - prior notification is required.  The Daytime Excursion train is not easily wheelchair accessible, and passengers will need to be able to leave the chairs to be seated in the excursion cars.  All wheel chair passengers will board at our ramp.
Boarding: All passengers must check-in and begin boarding 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Parking: There is no fee for parking at our Fort Myers Train Station off of Colonial Boulevard.
Smoking: According to State and Federal law, smoking is not allowed inside any of the dining or excursion cars.
Dress Code (Dinner Train Only): Casual evening dining attire or better is preferred, e.g., pant suits, cocktail dresses or skirts with blouses for ladies; collared shirts, with slacks for gentlemen.  NO SHORTS, JEANS or T-SHIRTS, PLEASE!  IT CAN BE COOL ON THE TRAIN - WE RECOMMEND AT LEAST BRINGING A SWEATER OR JACKET WITH YOU!
Availability: Schedule, menu, ticket prices and train equipment may change without notice.  Trains operate rain or shine.  Please call 1-800-SEM-GULF for latest departure information.  We recommend reconfirming departures within 24 hours of travel date to verify times, especially during the hurricane season (late May through November).
Dinner Train Tickets: Dinner Train fare includes a train ride, fine dining meal (number of courses varies), and entertainment (on applicable trips).  Bar charges, Taxes and Gratuity are additional (taxes will be added at time of purchase).
